I work with sound, energy, meditative writing, and intentional gathering to create conditions for deep rest, release, and belonging.
Every session is shaped by what you bring, and what your body needs.
The work is about offering, filtering, and illuminating. Offering space and practices to exhale. Filtering out the noise so you can hear yourself.

The Blue Salt Honey studio is an environment for stillness, attention, and presence.
Sound, Reiki, writing, and gatherings are offered in person, privately or in small groups. Each session includes space for arriving, settling in, our work together, an offering of tea, and a gentle departure. The work is quiet. The space is unhurried. The invitation is open.
All offerings are by appointment
Where we meet
Sound Meditation, Reiki are offered in my private studio in Bluffton, SC.
Sound Meditation and Reiki for end-of-life care are brought to homes, hospice facilities, and care centers throughout the Bluffton and Charleston areas.
Travel outside my home-base area for private events and special gatherings is available on a case-by-case basis.
Reiki Trainings are virtual or in-person in Bluffton, SC.
