The practitioners and teachers here are profoundly gifted and sturdily grounded. Humble about what they can and cannot do. Everyone here believes in the importance of meeting you where you are and honoring who you are. They believe their role is to create space for you to remember what you've always known. To empower you to be who you've always been.

Essentials here are things I use, love, and return to because they work for me, or they have worked at one time or another.
