Filter the noise
Illuminate who you've always been
Blue Salt Honey
There is a particular kind of noise that has nothing to do with sound. It is the accumulated weight of other people's expectations, inherited beliefs, and the relentless pressure to be more, different, better. Most of us have learned to live inside it so completely we've forgotten it isn't our own voice.
Blue Salt Honey exists to help you hear what is yours alone.
This is a place that creates conditions, through sound, energy, and meditative practice, for a different quality of attention. One that is quieter, more honest, and more precisely yours. The capacity for healing, for clarity, for a life lived with greater depth and aliveness, is already present in you.
What’s offered is illumination. A clearing. The conditions in which your own knowing can surface and be trusted.
The work here is rooted in the relationship between the nervous system and the body's innate intelligence, drawing from modern neuroscience and ancient healing traditions, honoring what is true rather than what is prescribed.
Some arrive in the midst of something difficult, carrying grief, navigating loss, or simply exhausted by the distance between who they are and who they have been trying to be. Others are aware that they are living at a fraction of their available depth, that there is more aliveness, more clarity, more genuine pleasure in their own life waiting on the other side of a particular kind of attention. And many are simply drawn to stillness and rest.
All are welcome. The work is the same.
You are here to be met. To rest. To be witnessed. To come home to yourself and discover what becomes possible from there.

Being in service is my life’s work. The Blue Salt Honey studio is where I share it with you. I am a Sound and Reiki practitioner, writer, artist, teacher, and lifelong student. I have spent most of my life learning how to come home to myself.
Something happens when I'm fully present with another person. I didn't always have language for it. People I barely know, navigating the most private passages of their lives, find themselves saying things out loud for the first time to me. Women in remote villages have handed me their babies and shared sacred traditions with me without quite knowing why - when a smile is the only language we share. Strangers behind counters often surprise themselves with an honest answer when I ask how their day is going.
I was born wired this way. Highly intuitive, deeply porous, sensitive to what moves beneath the surface of things, often unable to tell where others ended and I began. For a long time I treated this as a liability. I followed paths that weren't mine, absorbed other people's expectations, and worked hard to be someone easier to love. I lived with chronic depression, a thyroid that seemed to mirror every interior conflict, and a nervous system shaped by things I hadn't yet learned to name. I was convinced the problem was something I needed to overcome or outrun.
What changed wasn't a revelation. It was a long, quiet practice of turning toward myself instead of away, of learning to listen to the body rather than correct it, to treat its signals as language rather than noise. The depression lifted. The thyroid stabilized. The sensitivity I had spent years trying to suppress turned out to be the instrument not the obstacle.
I've trained with respected scientists, teachers, healers, and Reiki masters…
I've studied modern neuroscience alongside ancient healing traditions, and all of it has mattered. But the most significant shifts came not from accumulating knowledge. They came from learning to go still, and to work with the nervous system rather than against it.
This is what I offer.
Using sound, energy, and meditative practice, I create conditions for attention and regulation, a quality of presence that invites honesty, and the tools to help you hear what is actually yours beneath the inherited expectations and accumulated noise. Not answers. Illumination. A clearing in which the body's innate capacity for healing and wholeness can respond.
What I bring to a session is not a protocol. It is presence. An earned capacity to sit with another person exactly where they are. To be with them in their particular darkness or their particular longing, without needing to move them somewhere else.
My goal is for you to feel met here. That is where things begin to shift, not in a straight line, but in a spiral, in the practice of returning again and again to yourself with greater recognition each time.
